EVENT: HOT BREAD KITCHEN’S 10th ANNIVERSARY BENEFIT, 2019
CHALLENGE: A first-time 300 person gala event for a beloved NYC nonprofit. Focus on highlighting program members, women + immigrant culinary community, partner engagement, and heritage food.
MY ROLE: Overall event concept, food/chef curation, chef pitching and communication, food and beverage sponsorship partnership, project management, art direction, vendor coordination, day-of execution.
THE RESULT: A successful fundraiser and a special night for all.
