CHALLENGE: A first-time one day conference event bringing together chefs, HR professionals, entry level staff, funders, and media in support of a more equitable food industry.
MY ROLE: Overall event concept, project management, attendee engagement, accessibility, vendor coordination, day-of execution.
THE RESULT: A sold out 200-person conference at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn featuring 11 sessions (panels, workshops, and keynotes) on topics including allyship, inclusive hiring, leadership, and building a supportive culture.
